Challenge: Infuse new life into a product that was on the verge of being replaced on the shelves of one of Victor’s largest, national home-center channels with a tough competitor who had superior packaging and merchandising.

Challenge: Concept, design, produce, and launch Stadium Associates’ debut products – Yankees Grass Seed and Sod – in time for Opening Day of Major League Baseball –– only three months away.
